DOCUMENT CREATION
Each magazine is printed web offset: perfect bound. All dimensions are
displayed as width x height. Full page ads and spreads should have a .25
inch safety margin from the trim on all sides. Type and critical elements are not recommended to crossover the gutter on spreads as an exact alignment is not guaranteed. Account for a 1/4" in the center for the glue. All high-resolution images, artwork, and fonts must be included when the file is
created. All colors and images must be CMYK. Total area density should
not exceed the SWOP standard of 300%.
MATERIAL
DEADLINES
All advertising materials must be received by the due date.
Advertisers will be invoiced at publisher's cost for all
preparation charges.
