Mondrian Los Angeles is an upscale, luxury boutique hotel in West Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. Need I say more? Its location is where visitors want to be when they come to Los Angeles because of the nightlife, upscale dining, and shopping. This sexy, contemporary hotel is a celebrity favorite for hanging out and being seen. The hotel opened in 1996, and Philippe Starck, an award-winning designer, originally designed it. It is definitely one of the standout hotels on the Sunset Strip, and it is well worth visiting during your stay in Los Angeles. Upon entering the hotel, guests enter a bright white open lobby accented with colors of blue and a pop of orange throughout. Custom, oversized accent pieces, and furnishings compliment the lobby. The Lucite furnishings make it appear even larger than it is. Warm and inviting, it is a great place to meet before venturing to the pool area or the Skybar Lounge. Peruse the upscale Exxhibit Boutique, the hotel gift shop just opposite the lobby/lounge offers specially curated items such as sunglasses and hats.

Once they have taken in the sights, they also see that no expense is spared in making them feel right at home in this expansive suite. The penthouse includes an oversized bed, dining room, chaise lounge, Lavazza coffee maker, a rainfall shower, and a large balcony. The Master Suite has a separate bathroom, and up to three additional rooms can be added to the penthouse, as requested. The penthouse is light with beautiful Lucite furniture, and accents in rich blue hues make it feel superior to the other hotel suites.
There is a reason why Mondrian Los Angeles is a favorite among so many visitors, and one of the reasons is its sexy Skybar pool. Sunbathers clammer to sit on the pool deck. Here is where they can have some fun in the sun while taking in the incredible panoramic city views. The popular Skybar is adjacent to the pool deck and is an open-air, ivy-covered venue with views over Los Angeles. Servers are available to take your drink and food orders throughout the day into the night. Guests start their night by watching the sunset from the poolside lounge and stay to listen to world-class DJs while soaking in the glamour of West Hollywood. It is the ideal place to start and finish your night. Extend your luxury experience when visiting the hotel’s newest upscale restaurant, Casa Madera. Casa Madera is a sand and sea restaurant inspired by the sights and sounds of Tulum. The ambiance is light and airy, with neutral tones and warm wood accents. Signature cocktails, and fresh seafood, such as the Ceviche Blanco, are reminiscent of the flavors of the Mayan Riviera. Select seating offers guests stunning city views. Experience it by stopping by the restaurant or the lounge for drinks and light bites during your stay. You can only experience luxury by treating yourself to a spa treatment in the comfort of your room, arranged by Soothe X Mondrian Los Angeles. Choose from a suite of wellness experiences whenever you want and need it. Guests also enjoy the convenience of the Lincoln Luxury house car to travel within a two-to-three-mile radius of the hotel, seven days a week. Next, stay in shape by visiting the hotel’s fully equipped fitness center, featuring a Peloton bike, cardio equipment, free weights, and fitness mats. Open 24 hours a day. Finally, staying in shape is even easier when it’s also fun. It is why guests can join in the Rise & Flow Yoga classes every Saturday at 10 am on the deck. There are no excuses for not keeping in shape while staying at Mondrian Los Angeles. They have thought of everything to ensure their guests get everything they want from their stay.
