Big Easy Whiskey starts with 100 percent American whiskey distilled in Kentucky and Indiana. Its traditional bourbon mash bill is 81 percent corn, 15 percent rye, and 4 percent barley. BESCO ages the whiskey for five years in used bourbon barrels for a softer taste, less influenced by the fresh wood of newer barrels.
