Boathouse Auctions - Yacht buying and selling made simple. Recognizing the limitations of the traditional yacht resale model, we built a platform that provides an alternative approach. Introducing the first and only fully-integrated online boat auction platform designed to remove friction in the sales process for yacht buyers and sellers. Boathouse Auctions provides attractive opportunities for buyers able to act with urgency. By streamlining the traditional sales approach, buyers name their price at the click of a button from our curated inventory of motor yachts and sailboats from motivated sellers around the world. When selling a luxury yacht, not only do sellers get frustrated and fatigued, but time is real money. Days on market are costly. Too often in the traditional model, ‘days’ turn into years which in turn begins the slippery slope of price reductions.
Boathouse Auctions was built as a solution to the costly problem of time. We work with sellers to eliminate costs by bringing buyers together, at the same time, to accomplish in weeks what otherwise can simply take too many months or years. By aggregating competition, our approach creates a sense of urgency and an accelerated sale of your yacht.
STAR DIAMOND
M/Y STAR DIAMOND is a 46.9m superyacht built by Admiral Marine Works in 1998 and comprehensively refitted in 2024. Featuring elegant interiors by Donald Starkey, she accommodates up to 10 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck. Constructed with a semi-displacement hull and equipped with Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers, STAR DIAMOND offers a comfortable cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 18 knots.
Powered by twin CAT 3512 engines, she has an approximate range of 3,600 nautical miles. On deck, STAR DIAMOND boasts a sundeck Jacuzzi, expansive aft deck, a 34-foot Intrepid chase tender, and a comprehensive selection of water toys.
With accommodations for up to 10 crew, she is exceptionally well-suited for both private cruising and luxury charter.

M/Y CUPCAKE is a 40.23m U.S. built Westship combining substantial volume with a freshly updated, contemporary interior. Following a major refit in 2022 and further upgrades throughout 2025, she is presented in turnkey condition with a strong charter history.
Accommodation is for 12 guests in five cabins, including a full beam main deck primary suite with his and hers en-suites.
