Chalet Alpina is a transformative resort and residential destination from a leading team of developers and designers at the base of Aspen Mountain, directly adjacent to Lift One, Aspen’s first chairlift. Chalet Alpina redefines Aspen luxury with an opulent mountain-side resort featuring elevated hospitality and best-in-class amenities, a limited collection of residences, a private member’s club, newly restored and repurposed historic skier’s chalet buildings, and sought-after ski-in/ski-out privileges. Chalet Alpina redefines high-alpine travel and hospitality in Aspen with a one-of-a-kind mix of immersive design, historic character, and slope-side experiences. The project includes a luxury hotel with world-class amenities, a private mountain members club, and a limited collection of ski-in/ski-out residences with full-service perks and curated co-ownership opportunities. It also features a new high-speed Lift One, two thoughtfully restored historic skier’s chalets repurposed as a signature restaurant and new Aspen Ski Museum, and a public park space connecting Chalet Alpina to downtown Aspen.
Designed as a true ski-first basecamp, Chalet Alpina will offer a highly limited collection of stunning residences built for those who want to live in the rhythm of Aspen Mountain, with highly coveted ski-in/ski-out access, private members club opportunities, and access to thoughtfully integrated public spaces. The Mountain Homes and Resort Residences pair immediate lift access with full-service hospitality, wellness, and private ski amenities.

The collection of private residences give owners ski-in/ski-out privileges to Aspen Mountain and access to the resort and all it has to offer, while maintaining a private residential experience. The residences include six expansive one-of-a-kind Mountain Homes with additional private amenities, and 26 resort-residences that range from two to four bedrooms and feature co-ownership opportunities.
