Gee Beauty is a modern, multi-generational beauty brand. Mother-daughters Miriam, Natalie, Celene and Stephanie Gee founded Gee Beauty in Toronto in 2005.
Gee Beauty was built on the mission to create a modern, lifestyle-driven beauty experience. Offering our own brand of hybrid makeup + skincare, along with time-sensitive + result-driven beauty treatments like brows + lashes, facials, + makeup lessons. these transformative products + treatments cater to someone who has a full, busy life and wants quick + effective results when it comes to beauty + self-care.
How did you get into beauty?
Miriam’s strong background in beauty editorial publications + on-set makeup artistry was the foundation + catalyst behind the family falling in love with beauty. As partners + mother-daughters, our strong multi-generational approach is the cornerstone of our brand.

We have 2 studio locations: our original flagship in Toronto, and our Miami Beach studio. Each studio offers time-sensitive and result-driven skin, brow, and makeup treatments, Gee Beauty makeup services and product, along with world-renowned skincare, wellness and lifestyle beauty brands.
Our studios are each unique to the cities they’re in, catering to the local clientele and community.

What is Gee Beauty makeup like?
Gee Beauty makeup is an edit of your best, everyday makeup essentials. It includes a full range of high-performance, multi-purpose, lifestyle-driven, hybrid skin + makeup products that speak to real women, looking for their best beauty.
Our goal is to continually create products that are easy to use, and lifestyle-driven – meaning that our makeup wears with you and your skin throughout your day, and throughout your lifetime. It’s buildable, blendable, and looks natural on the skin.
What’s your approach to makeup?
Natalie Gee, Co-Founder: My approach to makeup is easy, effortless and fresh. I want to have the flexibility to apply my makeup in 5 or 15 minutes and I want to be able to do it in the car, change room at the gym or in my bathroom when the days allow! I love when skin looks even with a luminous glow, and I love using products that I can use in 1 or more ways. My makeup approach stays constant day to day and season to season. This is the power of having the Gee signature approach.
The Gee Beauty Look always starts with skin prep and Prime Skin. Having products that serve more than one purpose is the key to the Gee look feeling effortless and polished at the same time. We love to enhance natural features, our look includes smooth balanced skin, filled in brows, definition around the eyes and cheeks that look luminous. We love a makeup look that looks like a second skin and has the ability to feel like it’s moving with you in your day. We always say, the best compliment is not what makeup are you wearing but how gorgeous your skin looks.
Why Miami? How did you decide to come to Miami?
Natalie Gee : We’ve loved Miami as a family ever since I can remember. We grew up coming here, and always loved the energy, the lifestyle, the mix of people, the excitement, the creativity, the glamour. We always wanted to open a Gee Beauty studio here. Once we opened, we really fell in love with the city even more. It’s really exciting to see the growth and development in Miami over the last several years, and for more people to see how unique it is.
We’ve adapted our business to the local community and clientele here, offering customized treatments and products based on the lifestyle here – like more head to toe beauty treatments, lashes, more makeup applications for fun nights out, and skincare based on the climate, and how travel-focused our clients are.

The Gee Beauty signature makeup look is really all about naturally highlighting and defining your unique features, and creating your best looking skin. It’s about choose 3-5 key makeup pieces that work in a multitude of ways: Prime Skin Tinted Multi-Primer to even out the skin-tone and give a light and luminous finish, using our Brightening Concealer strategically under the eyes to brighten, a cheek stick to create contour and highlight your cheekbone and can be worn on the lips as well, a soft brow pencil to define and enhance the brows, a soft bronzing powder for cheeks and as eyeshadow, and an easy-to-use, long wear but gentle mascara to finish.
