Hyde Sunset - Hollywood
One of Hollywood’s most notable staples, Hyde Sunset, formally known as Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails recently re-opened after going through a large-scale refresh of the famously located Sunset strip landmark.
Led by sbe’s partners and nightlife impresarios Frankie Delgado and Josh Richman, Hyde Sunset remains true to its brand while showcasing new design upgrades such as chandeliers, couches, wallpaper, and a new glass photo booth concept. The refresh also introduced more intimate and VIP experiences through its repositioned booths and tables that elevate guest while giving them more privacy. Frequent guests including Johnny Depp, Chance the Rapper, The Weeknd, Rita Ora, Blake Griffin, Hailey Baldwin and Giancarlo Stanton, go to show that Hyde’s commitment to exclusivity and incredible VIP services keep the stars returning week after week.
The revamp, new interior design and floor structure is a shift back to sbe, the leading global lifestyle hospitality company, and its emphasis on nightlife. Each booth in Hyde has been re-designed to provide a "VIP" experience that provide all patrons with the "best seat in the house" that includes views of the floor & intimacy.
Soon to come will be a new VIP menu and booking system, where the new catch phrase “welcome home” will appear on last page of drink menus with the table holder's name. So when you sit, you will see your personalized cocktail menu to showcase that VIP experience sbe is so famously known for. It’s all about the little things to the hospitality moguls who continue to dazzle clients with refined touches such as that.
Along with the little touches, larger changes such as new menu items and artwork will be a highlight for guests. New menu items such as beef carpaccio and black truffle risotto will grace the menu, not to mention s’mores for dessert by Chef Chris Crary. And gorgeous new artwork by photographer Terry O’Neil is quite a sight and fun photo op. Shots featuring legends such as Mohammed Ali, David Bowie, Cindy Crawford, Elton John, and Sammy Davis Jr. dawn the walls adding a touch of art and further Hollywood history to the space.
Additionally located in Los Angeles is Hyde L.A. Live located in the famous Staples Center home of the NBA champions, the Los Angeles Lakers. Guests can enjoy the game from the comfortable, hip VIP lounge. A perk of the space is the ability to become a member of Hyde Society. VIP members get access to the Hyde Lounge which is equipped with a top shelf bar and catering from SBE restaurants; 10 complimentary tickets to concerts, Lakers games and events per year. Guests also receive discounts at SBE restaurants at L.A. Live including Katsuya and Cleo, as well as special membership events. Additionally, priority access to tickets for concerts/events/games, a concierge, and access to rent the lounge for a private party and more is offered.
