This extensive residential project showcases LANSERRING’s ability to deliver a cohesive joinery narrative across every level of the home - from immersive basement leisure spaces to refined principal suites above.
Spanning multiple floors, the design is unified through a consistent language of fine timber finishes, tailored storage and elegant metal detailing. Each space has been thoughtfully crafted to feel distinct, yet seamlessly connected.
Leisure, Wellness & Entertaining
The lower levels were conceived as dedicated lifestyle spaces, including a gym, spa bathroom, media room and bar. Full-height wall panelling, mirrored features and bespoke cabinetry create a sense of warmth and architectural presence throughout.
In the media and games room, a custom back bar and slatted island form striking focal points, complemented by integrated storage, feature wall panelling and a full-height sliding screen. Even the practical areas - including the powder room, laundry and staff spaces - were approached with the same precision and care, ensuring consistency in craftsmanship across the floor.
Architectural Joinery
From the entrance hall to the study, bespoke joinery enhances the architectural rhythm of the home. Wall cladding, fireplace shelving, concealed storage and sculptural shelving elements establish a refined yet functional backdrop for daily living.
The upper ground floor continues this narrative with a mirrored coat cupboard, fireplace joinery, a library lined with open shelving, and an orangery bar designed for relaxed entertaining.
Master & Guest Accommodation
The master suite represents the pinnacle of tailored craftsmanship, featuring a series of bespoke wardrobes, integrated drawer units and a pivoting mirror within the dressing areas. The ensuite is defined by a slatted vanity, mirrored cabinetry and carefully integrated storage solutions, creating a calm and highly functional retreat.
Guest bedrooms and ensuites echo this language through fitted wardrobes, bespoke desks, upholstered headboards and refined vanity units - ensuring continuity of detail and finish throughout the upper floors.
