General Manager, Efrén Campos and Director of Client Services Mária Campos welcome visitors to this amazing luxury residential beach community. Together, they share a wealth of knowledge intent on creating unparalleled visitor experiences. As Mária explains, “We understand that people come to the beaches at Las Rosadas to relax and we want to help them do just that while enjoying what this part of Mexico has to offer.”
At Las Rosadas, a team has been assembled whose talents come together to seamlessly craft wonderful moments. “It is not always the things you see that are done for our guests,” Efrén points out. “Just look at the luminarias. Our entire staff worked on it together.” The result for a lucky few is a candlelit walk along the Playa Las Rosadas coconut grove where a statue by Sergio Hernández greets each person on their way to a magical evening at Bar Mono. “These are those rare moments for our guests that we wish to help create,” expresses Efrén.
Las Rosadas is also blessed to have an amazing chef, Gloria, and wonderful mixologist, Flavio. They both take their cues from the abundance of fresh ingredients from seasonal fruits and vegetables to the seafood brought in from our shores.
Gloria is able to take the simple and make it sublime, like transforming the daily catch off the Las Rosadas Super Panga into delicious grilled fish tacos. She can also dazzle guests with her creations for dining under the stars. No meal is complete without tortillas made from masa prepared fresh daily and an array of salsas, including the famous Salsa La Viuda. Her giving spirit shines through every dish.
Flavio has a knack for setting the mood with his subtle tequila based elixirs that are mixed with freshly pressed juices. Just as no two sunsets experienced along 1.25 miles of pristine Las Rosadas shoreline are the same, neither are Flavio’s unique creations. Creative spirits can channel themselves in many ways and Mária’s table settings are colorful and an exceptional expression of herself. She delights the visual senses as our guests approach their table with great anticipation for what lies ahead. Off in the distance, the waves are crashing and smoke billows from Big Green Egg grills.
Evenings at Bar Mono on Playa Las Rosadas are not complete without a bonfire. It captures the essence of our inner selves. Some dance around it while others are hypnotized by its flames. Most importantly, it brings everyone together after a day of brilliant experiences at Las Rosadas.
