LILLI Brings a New Architectural Vision to Miami’s Edgewater Waterfront

Miami’s waterfront is seeing a new wave of development, and Edgewater is becoming a part of it. The area is taking on a new architectural character as more residential towers begin to reshape its skyline, bringing elevated living to a stretch of Biscayne Bay that is connected to the rest of the city.
Located just north of Downtown, Edgewater offers a combination of waterfront access and proximity to some of Miami’s most active destinations. Its slender profile, curvilinear lines, softly rounded corners and articulated balcony elements create a cadence of light and shadow across the façade. Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive outdoor spaces connect the residences to the waterfront, while the building’s design brings natural light and privacy into the homes.
The residences include one- to four-bedroom homes and penthouses, ranging from approximately 1,350 to 6,850 square feet with expansive 10-foot-deep balconies that extend the living spaces outdoors. Only two to three homes comprise each floor, and dedicated elevator access directly into each residence places an emphasis on privacy, offering residents a discreet arrival experience.
