One of her most memorable sales: an iconic 18,000-square-foot historic estate on Pine Tree Drive for $13 million in 2012 (a record at the time). With its rich history hosting dignitaries like Henry Kissinger, Margaret Thatcher, and Bill Clinton—the property was a piece of Miami Beach history. That sale became a defining moment in Nancy’s career, solidifying her reputation as an expert in historic and waterfront estates.
