Marché Moderne, one of Orange County’s most renowned restaurants, will soon call Newport Coast its new home. Food-lovers can continue to savor Chef Florent Marneau’s classic French fare done with his own personal twist, in addition to beautifully delicate confections from his wife, Amelia – who will not only resume her role as pastry chef, but also continue to personally greet guests as they arrive, a longstanding hallmark of Marché Moderne’s gracious hospitality. “We are excited to begin our next chapter here in the stunning Newport Coast community, and look forward to the culinary evolution of Marché Moderne,” said Chef Florent Marneau. Amelia Marneau added: “We can’t wait to open our doors, welcome everyone into our new restaurant and be allowed the pleasure to cook for our guests.
