Full Moon Wellness Series at Nobu Eden Roc
Starting in January 2017, the “Full Moon Wellness Event Series” will focus on many aspects of both physical and mental wellness, and feature programming such as yoga sessions, life coach speakers, meditation lessons, herbal experts, acupuncture, and stretching rituals, varying for each month’s full moon. Guests will enjoy fresh pressed juices, smoothies and light fare by Malibu Farm, a farm-to-fork concept founded by Chef Helene Henderson and enjoy a selection of participating vendors from health stores to local Miami fitness brands. Registration for each month’s wellness activity is open to Nobu Eden Roc guests and locals, making it the perfect on-property activity to pack into your vacation schedule.
Summer Wellness Camp at Nobu Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach
To encourage Miami-locals to stay fit and focus on their wellness journey throughout the summer, the Nobu Eden Roc will be offering it’s “Summer Wellness Camp”.
