The most extraordinary lives aren’t built by chance. They’re created by design. My journey has taken me from Aspen’s snowy peaks to Europe’s glittering coastlines, with countless lessons learned along the way: that passion fuels purpose, that beauty lies in both the grand and the everyday, and that true vitality comes from living fully in the present.

As a global traveler, author, and coach, I’ve come to believe that adventure and intention go hand in hand. It’s not just about the destinations—though I’ve been fortunate to experience some of the world’s most beautiful—it’s about how you show up to each moment. Whether sipping an espresso in Paris, skiing through fresh powder in the Dolomites, or hosting intimate “Salotto Nights” at home in Aspen, I’ve discovered that joy can be designed, curated, and celebrated.

This philosophy is at the heart of what my husband William and I call Best Day Every Day. It’s not a slogan. It’s a lived practice. It’s the belief that life is meant to be elevated, and that by blending adventure, wellness, and style, you can turn ordinary days into something extraordinary.  In personal development taught us that fulfillment isn’t an accident. It’s a practice. Those insights, combined with our global adventures, have become the foundation for how we live and how I now coach others. That mission inspired my program Women Over 50 Unleashed: Ageless Style & Vitality. At 57, I know firsthand that women at this stage of life are ready for more, not less.

I work with women to rediscover strength, confidence, and vitality through fitness, fashion, and wellness practices that empower them to step boldly into this next chapter. Aging, in my view, isn’t about slowing down. It’s about thriving with more energy, clarity, and elegance than ever before.

Travel has been my greatest teacher. From the elegance of Monte-Carlo to the soul of Havana, the cultural richness of Vietnam to the artistry of Italy, every journey has shaped my worldview. These experiences—meeting chefs, winemakers, diplomats, and dreamers—have become the muses and mentors in my upcoming book World of Wisdom: Your Passport to Living with More Passion, Purpose, and Pleasure. It’s a collection of stories and strategies for living a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

What I’ve learned is that vitality isn’t defined by age, style isn’t confined to clothing, and luxury isn’t about excess. It’s about access: to beauty, to connection, and to experiences that make you come alive. Today, my focus is simple yet powerful: to help others embrace adventure, design intentional lives, and discover what it means to live their best day every day. Not someday, but now. Because when you step into life with purpose, every day becomes an opportunity to elevate.
