From Vision to Reality - The Journey of Hospitality Projects
Founded in 2017 by British entrepreneur Paul Wise, Hospitality Projects is part of WI International Group and has swiftly established itself as a leader in the manufacturing of bespoke luxury furniture. The company specialises in creating high-end, custom-made furniture and joinery for prestigious hotels, restaurants, retail, and residential spaces around the world, offering tailored solutions that reflect both craftsmanship and innovation. Paul Wise, originally from Saint Vincent, aims to bring his culture and experience to the Caribbean islands, enriching their design landscape with his unique perspective.
By 2020, Hospitality Projects reached a major milestone by opening its own in-house manufacturing workshop, marking the transition from outsourcing to full creative control. The company’s growth continued in 2021 with the investment in a cutting-edge 52,000-square-foot facility. This strategic move allowed for further expansion of operations, solidifying Hospitality Projects’ place as a leader in the hospitality furniture industry, providing top-tier solutions for high-end clients around the world. By embracing end-to-end sustainability practices, WI International continues to set the standard in the bespoke furniture market, offering a comprehensive range of services for both B2B and B2C clients.
The Papillion Villa in Antigua
One of the standout projects is the Papillion Villa in Antigua, a stunning 8,000-square-foot sea-front house located on a promontory on the Southwest Coast of Antigua. The villa features luxurious furnishings and a beautiful colour scheme that complements the natural surroundings of the island.

Working alongside Ward & Co. Interiors, we manufactured several bespoke items, including bookshelves and a bathroom vanity shelf. A mix of whitewashed oak and deep crown American walnut were used to bring these designs to life. We feel that the natural tones and wooden themes suited this build perfectly. All pieces of furniture feature hidden LED lighting, adding to the character of the rooms as a soft sunset glow bounces off the surfaces when the sun sets.

Hospitality Projects continues to push the boundaries of bespoke luxury furniture manufacturing, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. Paul Wise’s vision of bringing his Caribbean heritage into his projects has added a unique touch to the company’s portfolio, blending cultural richness with high-end design. With a strong commitment to sustainability and quality, WI International Group and its subsidiaries are poised for continued success and growth in the global luxury furniture market.
