Set within The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach, this $125 million penthouse is the crowned jewel of Miami Beach. It combines two units into a single 14,638-square-foot residence with 13 bedrooms, 15 full bathrooms, and two private rooftop pools, and blends Miami’s rich heritage with modern luxury.

Anchoring the East End of Lincoln Road directly on the oceanfront of Miami Beach, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach is a new collection of 30 custom-designed beach houses featuring Ritz-Carlton services and expansive ocean views. With floor-to-ceiling windows, airy 10-foot ceilings, and expansive wrap-around terraces, interiors are designed by Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge to combine luminous natural stone finishes and bespoke cabinetry with refined contemporary detailing.

The building is imagined by Kobi Karp to cantilever over the existing historic The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach hotel and will feature designs inspired by the Art Deco hotel’s original architect, Morris Lapidus.

The property also joins the landmark Sagamore hotel on The Ritz-Carlton campus, which is set to soon undergo a renovation. Over 50,000 square feet of curated amenities will include a private rooftop pool and cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a screening room, and exclusive culinary experiences by Michelin-starred chef José Andrés.
