Having the incomparable Goldie Hawn as our honoree is a true privilege and a deeply personal moment for me. Her lifelong commitment to advancing mental-health awareness through MindUP has created real, measurable change for children and families around the world. That mission resonates profoundly with the work we do in supporting children battling cancer, because mental health is inseparable from physical healing. Honoring Goldie also allows us to elevate the voices and inner strength of these young fighters, and to reaffirm that nurturing a child’s mind and spirit is just as vital as treating the illness itself.” - Children’s Oncology Support Fund, Founding Chairman and Chair of Aspen Snow Ball,  Thomas Pierce

Further adds Pierce, “We are elated to welcome Golden Globe winner and Academy Award-nominated actress and producer Kate Hudson, Globe-nominated this year as well for Song Sung Blue. It's critical that philanthropy and entertainment work together to make an impact happen. As a native of Aspen, she brings an authenticity to the gala taking place in a town she calls home. We are so excited to have her on the Aspen Snow Ball stage, and grateful for her support to help push our mission forward. Additionally, talented musician, actress and new mama Rumer Willis, is set to open the gala with a performance sure to start the evening off in wonderful spirits."

The Philanthropic Impact Achievement Award

2026 Honoree – Actor and Producer, Goldie Hawn. This is an award designed to bring attention to the lifelong work of the recipient, with 2026 celebrating the incomparable Goldie Hawn, showcasing a dedicated commitment to transforming, inspiring and impacting the lives of children. "Being honored at the Aspen Snow Ball fills my heart with gratitude. What inspires me most is the unstoppable spirit of the children and families COSF serves. To be part of a community that lifts them up, celebrates their courage, and expands holistic care is one of the greatest joys of my life.” -- Goldie Hawn

Goldie is the Founder of MindUP, a preventative mental health program with a mission to equip children with the mental fitness they need to lead smarter, healthier, happier lives and ultimately more productive lives. Also alarmed by increases in school violence, youth depression and suicide, Hawn started The Goldie Hawn Foundation in 2003. Working with the leading neuroscientists, educators, psychologists and researchers, the foundation developed MindUP, an evidence based program and teaching model that provides tools to help children self-regulate and understand their own emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, sharpen concentration, increase empathy and improve academic performance.  MindUP is now serving over seven million children in 48 countries with the introduction of its digital network in 2022. Hawn is also a twice over best-selling author, both with her memoir ‘A Lotus Grows In The Mud’ and her mindful guide to raising resilient and joyful children, ‘10 Mindful Minutes.’ This spring, Goldie and Lin Oliver are set to release their new children’s book series, with the first installment: The After-School Kindness Crew #1: Pooch on the Loose, available everywhere May 5, 2026.
