The 181 Fremont Grand Penthouse is exemplary MASS Beverly. The four-bedroom residence in a San Francisco skyscraper was fully furnished by MASS Beverly and Minotti Los Angeles with pieces by Bottega Veneta, Minotti, Swarovski, Verpan, and more.
The home is a sophisticated retreat thanks to the use of American walnut wall panels, white limestone, and parquet wood floors. Amenities include a private elevator, wine tasting room and bar, study, exhibition kitchen and catering kitchen. Spaces are thoughtfully divided by custom pocket doors and floor-to-ceiling shelving by Italy’s Henge. The formal living area celebrates Minotti, includes a statement light by Matter Made, while the adjacent fireside lounge prominently features Thonet, the heritage brand that combines iconic steam-bent beechwood with tailored upholstery. In the master bedroom, Minotti’s Lawrence king bed, another Dordoni design, meets Lou nightstands by Christophe Delcourt. The design compliments spectacular city views.
Forest Knoll is an iconic modern farmhouse featuring contemporary furnishings by Minotti Los Angeles and MASS Beverly. The tailor-made selections were customized to reflect the clean and serene Danish-modern environment created by Standard Architecture.
The interior spaces are quite wide-open, so furniture was used to designate different areas for varying purposes, from foyer, which organically shaped low tables from Henge, a reception lounge and a formal living area, all of which were furnished in clean, quiet colors and comforting materials. A handful of vintage pieces and modern accessories were selected to complement the natural woods used throughout the home and low-profile designs highlight the soaring ceilings. Also featured in Forest Knoll, the Minotti Lawrence sofa is the quintessential seating system. Its versatility and its iconic stitching design are a staple exemplifying refined taste.
The double-level outdoor terraces feature pieces by Minotti and Expormim in cool grey tones to allow the natural hillside to sing. Overall, the goal was to create a tranquil retreat outfitted with comfortable classics and icons of modern luxury.
