Product Options

We provide two primary polyurethane waterproof coatings tailored for concrete applications:

JY-951 Waterborne Polyurethane Waterproof Coating

This single-component, water-based coating combines VAE and acrylic copolymer emulsions for an eco-friendly, high-elasticity solution. It offers excellent adhesion to concrete, mortar, and other substrates, forming a seamless rubber-like film upon curing. Available in white, with a density of 1.3-1.4 kg/L, it comes in 20 kg barrels.

JY-DPU Double Components Polyurethane Waterproof Coating

A reactive two-component system (A: polyurethane prepolymer; B: colored liquid with additives), this coating cures at room temperature to create a flexible, high-tensile-strength barrier. It excels in areas requiring superior corrosion and mold resistance, with colors in black or red, and a density of 1.3-1.4 kg/L. Packaged in 20 kg barrels.

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure concrete is clean, firm, and free of debris. Round corners (internal ≥50mm radius, external ≥10mm) and repair cracks.

2. Mixing (for JY-DPU): Combine components A and B per ratio, stir evenly.

3. Application: Apply in 2-4 thin coats (total thickness 1.5-2.0mm) using brush, roller, or scraper. Allow each coat to dry before the next; use reinforcing fabric in weak areas.

4. Dosage: JY-951: 1.8-2.2 kg/m² for 1mm; JY-DPU: 1.5-1.7 kg/m² per mm.

5. Conditions: Construct between 5°C-35°C; avoid rain or freezing weather.

6. Protection: Add isolation layer post-curing for UV or mechanical protection.
