Wymara Resort and Villas is a 91-room luxury resort situated on the secluded western end of the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach along reef-protected ocean waters in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Featuring a well-appointed spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 7,000 square foot infinity pool looking out onto turquoise waters, signature restaurant Stelle, serving fresh global cuisine with a distinctive Asian flair; and beachfront restaurant Zest, serving Japanese Robata Grilled specialties with seafood and meats, creative salads and handmade pizzas. The resort beckons guests to experience a chic corner of paradise. In 2018, Wymara introduced seven waterfront four- and five-bedroom villas on Turtle Tail Bay, located just a five-minute drive from the main resort (2.5 miles), offering ultimate privacy and panoramic views, along with 24-hour security, an on-site Villa Manager, ocean view fitness center, transportation on-demand (to the resort) and a la carte chef services and villa host.

Wymara Resort and Villas is located on the western section of Grace Bay Beach next to a protected park, recognized as the best beach in the world by the 2018 Trip Advisor Traveler’s Choice Awards. Grace Bay sits on Providenciales (or “Provo”), the main island in a 40-island chain that collectively make up the Turks and Caicos Islands.

With the 18- hole Karl Litten designed Provo Golf and Country Club nearby, along with deep sea fishing, world renowned diving, local art markets and gourmet dining, Turks and Caicos offers a relaxing and fun-filled getaway for all ages. In an average year, Turks and Caicos has 350 days of sunshine. The average temperature ranges between 80 and 90-degrees Fahrenheit (29-32 degrees Celsius) from June to October, sometimes reaching the mid 90’s (35 degrees Celsius), especially in the late summer months. From November to May the average temperature is 80 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit (27-29 degrees Celsius).

Wymara Resort and Villas is easily accessible to visitors via the Providenciales Airport, which lies a mere 12 minutes away and offers daily direct flights from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, Atlanta, New York and Newark; select service from Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Toronto and Montreal; and twice weekly from London’s Gatwick Airport. Private access to the property is available via a short boat ride from Providenciales’ Blue Haven Marina or a quick commute from one of the two FBOs on-island.

The Spa at Wymara Resort and Villas is the first Certified Eminence Organic “Green Spa” on the island and offers a relaxing sanctuary for balancing and restoring the mind and body, with a complete menu of restorative spa therapies and award-winning fitness classes. The poolside spa includes three therapy rooms with private shower gardens, an open-air pavilion for a variety of classes, a relaxation garden and a fully equipped fitness center with garden views.

The resort boasts a 7,000 sq. ft. infinity-edge mosaic tiled ocean view swimming pool surrounded by an expansive pool deck with tiled hot tub and Island Pods that appear to float around the edge of the pool.

Wymara Resort and Villas brings a signature approach to luxury lifestyle that redefines the destination resort experience. Each of the 91 guest rooms offers sweeping ocean views and is positioned and designed to pay homage to the unspoiled island it sits upon. Blurring the line between inside and outside, the resort blends Caribbean cool with sophisticated style to create a sense of place for guests.

Guest room interiors feature luxurious contemporary furniture and bedding atop Italian porcelain floors, allowing the natural light to illuminate each suite. Accents of warm sand hues, dark wood and exotic materials create an inviting ambiance and complement the area’s natural surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling windows capture the beauty of Grace Bay Beach, further enhancing the seamless tropical experience.

On June 1st, 2018, Wymara Resort and Villas launched seven new four- and five bedroom oceanfront Villas. The expansive Villas range from 7,979 to 8,871 square feet, each one sitting on approximately half an acre of elevated hillside, and feature oceanfront infinity pools, courtyard pool, exteriors framed by signature Caicos stone walls, sunken outdoor fire pit lounge areas, expansive stone and hardwood decks, open indoor/outdoor Caribbean living and high ceilings in all living areas. Some feature a courtyard den and barbecue area by the infinity pool. All bedrooms in the four bedroom, two-story designs are ocean front. The five-bedroom designs feature one room facing the courtyard.

Each villa has an over-the-water swimming platform at ocean level providing easy access to the ocean. Villas guests also enjoy access to a private on-demand shuttle service to and from the resort, all resort amenities and signing privileges at the resort’s dining outlets, spa and boutique. Executive Chef Joel Vallar helms the resort’s two restaurants: Signature restaurant Stelle serves fresh regional cuisine with a distinctive Asian flair. Guests may choose between enclosed patio seating overlooking the pool or the indoor dining area.

Beachfront restaurant Zest offers fresh seafood specials, light bites and local Caribbean specialties. The recently enlarged restaurant now boasts a covered beachfront dining space, expanded kitchen, seating area that wraps around the resort’s beach, and new menu selection.

Located directly at the resort’s entrance of Grace Bay Beach, Pink Bar offers a year-round rotating selection of rosé wines, blush champagnes and pink-hued cocktails in a pink-embellished setting. The bar is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. wymararesortandvillas.com
