Unique in its kind, this pure cane juice rum distilled in copper stills and aged for 8 years in American oak barrels, has a complex nose of honey, ginger, caramel, prunes, and leather. The first sip reveals a vegetal attack, evolving into exotic flavors of banana and marshmallow, enhanced by ginger and sweet spices. The woody notes and a hint of caramel on the finish bring a special depth.
