Two Knob Creek cocktails that are crowd pleasers and easy to make, so the host can enjoy the long weekend too!

For the daytime, the Knob Creek Peach Old Fashioned keeps things simple and seasonal. According to a July 2026 Instacart/Harris Poll survey, 35% of Americans say a perfectly ripe peach is better than any other summer dessert - so why not bring that flavor to your glass? This three-ingredient recipe combines Knob Creek 9 Year Old Bourbon to balance the sweetness of peach syrup and barrel aged bitters, making it easy to batch ahead of time or stir up on the spot.

And as the sun goes down, the Knob Creek Toasted Old Fashioned puts a spin on a campfire staple. Given that 68% of Americans say it’s not summer until they’ve had a s’more, this cocktail checks the box, pairing Knob Creek 9 Year Old Bourbon, vanilla syrup and chocolate bitters with a brûléed marshmallow for a cozy, toasty flavor profile.
