META Development, the visionary Miami-based firm reshaping the city’s luxury real estate landscape through its innovative “Go Boutique” philosophy, has officially launched sales and debuted their highly anticipated sales gallery for their latest project: Colette Residences.

Located in the heart of South Brickell, the five-story boutique, luxury building brings a refined, French-inspired sensibility to Miami city living. The neighborhood of South Brickell is increasingly being recognized as Miami’s next residential frontier defined by historic estates, waterfront views, and walkable rhythm distinct from the corporate core to the north, and Colette is at the forefront of this emergence.

Andrew Rasken, CEO and Founder of META Development, and Fabio Bruenlli, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, share the same mission reflected in Colette: creating homes that feel truly tailored rather than tempted. The project has been done in partnership with the Eklund | Gomes Team at Douglas Ellman, one of the leading real estate teams in the country, co-founded by Fredrik Eklund –star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York - and John Gomes.

Colette Residences is home to 38 residences and 4 penthouses refined by privacy and accessibility to one of Miami’s most desirable enclaves. Designed by OSPA (Brazil) Colette emphasizes sustainability, technology, and a simple aesthetic that brings a human-centered approach to Brickell’s bustling core and carves out a new category: small-scale, highly personalized residences that offer a sense of community and familiarity.

Featuring two- to four-bedroom layouts with flexible floor plans, the residences are thoughtfully tailored to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. Colette’s amenity program was crafted to rival larger-scale developments while maintaining the intimacy of a boutique residence. Owners will enjoy access to the 50-foot pool complemented by private cabanas and a sprawling 5,200-square-foot sun deck. Common areas span roughly 5,000 square feet indoors and 7,000 square feet outdoors – versatile spaces to host a collection of amenities, including a wellness spa with jacuzzi, steam room, cold plunge, and saunas, screening room, children’s playroom, and meeting room. Residents will also benefit from a private storage unit designated to each residence, along with covered self-parking for two or three cars with provision for EV charging stations, and the convenience of 24/7 valet service available for those who desire an added level of comfort. Pricing starts at $3.3 million.
The Colette Sales Gallery, located in Coconut Grove, celebrated its launch on November 12th, hosting over 300 guests delivering what guests described as “a fashion show disguised as a real-estate launch.” Inspired by French fashion icon Colette Rousseaux, the soirée brought to life the project’s spirit of silent luxury and curated rarity, “built for few, admired by many.” Guests were treated to a culinary spread by Chef Fernanda Haddad’s GastronoMIA and the evening’s signature “Number 38” cocktail, a sophisticated espresso martini served with edible poetic paper, in a nod to their 38 residences. Live music from a French band set the tone as models, in partnership with PatBO and Diamond Design, moved through the crowd in a living-art performance that echoed Colette’s editorial essence. The immersive gallery experience includes a model kitchen, bath and powder room, showcasing Colette’s vision for South Brickell, located at 3390 Mary Street, Suite #124, Coconut Grove, FL 33133.
