Perrelet, the Swiss brand founded in 1777 by master watchmaker Abraham-Louis Perrelet, presents the Turbine Casino Roulette - an extraordinary new timepiece set to debut at Geneva Watch Week 2026.

Produced in a limited edition of just 100 pieces and designed for enthusiasts of both fine watchmaking and gaming, this high-collectible watch reinterprets the Maison’s iconic Turbine concept in an original new way through the captivating lens of casino culture.
Perrelet is no stranger to playful, game-inspired creations. Building on the success of previous models over the years, the brand has once again ventured into the world of gambling, this time drawing inspiration from the enduring popularity of roulette.
A Dialogue between Time and Chance
The origins of roulette can be traced back to ancient times, with early forms of wheel-based games appearing in Greek and Roman cultures, where rotating discs and elements of chance were already part of recreational activities. However, modern roulette as we know it today was developed and refined in 18th-century France. A symbol of chance and anticipation, roulette has a natural and poetic connection with the measurement of time. From its inception, the roulette wheel has been designed as a circular mechanism divided into numbered pockets, with the outcome determined by a spinning ball. Much like time itself, roulette embodies unpredictability, rhythm and perpetual motion.
In the Turbine Casino Roulette, Perrelet masterfully combines these two concepts: the steady progression of timekeeping and the exhilarating uncertainty of the game. Each movement of the wrist sets the turbine in motion, creating a unique interaction between the wearer and the wristwatch, where time is not only measured, but also “played”.
A Casino-Inspired Dial with a Reinvented Turbine
With the Turbine Casino Roulette, Perrelet pushes its signature concept further by reimagining it in an entirely unprecedented way. For the first time, the turbine abandons its propeller structure in favour of a miniature roulette wheel, faithfully reproduced and integrated into the dial - transforming a purely aesthetic device into an interactive, playful element.
This component is an openworked disc crafted from sandblasted 316L stainless steel, positioned on a black lower dial. Paying homage to the authentic design of a roulette wheel, Perrelet has meticulously recreated the central spindle, a pivotal component that, in practical use, not only stabilises the wheel during its rotations but also enables the croupier to set it in motion.
Having opted for a French roulette style, the Swiss Maison has adorned it with the four traditional arms fixed to a polished central ring with a 4N rose gold IP coating and finished with glossy, IP-coated, black steel terminal spheres. This central structure is framed by a second, circular-brushed ring with a polished silver-toned edge, further embellished by four small truncated pyramids, also gilded.

Along the outer circumference of the turbine, a vivid red arrow replaces the traditional roulette ball. As the turbine rotates with the movement of the wrist, the arrow points to one of the numbers on the dial, recreating the suspense and excitement of a real roulette game.
Unlike previous Turbine editions, in which this mechanism - featuring five counterweights beneath it - rotates very rapidly to reveal the decorative motif on the sub-dial, this reinterpretation of the iconic component features a single tungsten counterweight and rotates at a more measured rhythm. Attention is thus drawn to the interplay between the red arrow and the numbered track, turning time display into a dynamic and engaging experience.
The numbers, from 0 to 36, replace the traditional hour ring on the dial and are displayed in alternating red and black, with the numeral “0”, positioned at 12 o’clock, highlighted in green, in keeping with the classic French roulette layout. The new Turbine Casino Roulette displays the time with central hour, minute and second hands, enhanced with Super-LumiNova® for optimal legibility in low-light conditions.
Contemporary Design with Exclusive Appeal
This creation is housed in a 41 mm round case crafted from polished and satin-finished Grade 2 titanium, offering an ideal balance of lightness, durability, and refined aesthetics. Water-resistant to 10 ATM, it features a flat bezel, signature vertical grooves along the case band, and an ergonomic crown engraved with the Perrelet logo for optimal handling.
The short triple lugs secure a smooth and comfortable integrated five-link titanium bracelet, which has alternating polished and satin-finished surfaces and is fastened by a customised folding clasp. The watch comes in a dedicated box set that also includes an additional black rubber strap with a pin buckle.
Both dial and case back are protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
The transparent case back allows the movement’s exquisite finishes to be seen. Inscriptions on the rear of the case show the limited-edition number, the model’s name and a decorative motif inspired by the roulette spindle.

Technical Excellence and Craftsmanship
Powering the Turbine Casino Roulette is the in-house automatic calibre P-331-MH, operating at 28.800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) with a 42-hour power reserve. Developed and produced by Soprod, Perrelet’s sister company, this movement is recognised for its precision and reliability.
Its performance is certified by two prestigious independent authorities: the COSC guarantees chronometric accuracy, and Chronofiable®, which attests to its long-term reliability, robustness, and resistance through accelerated ageing tests.
Visible through the sapphire case back, the movement showcases meticulous finishing, including a colimaçonné main plate, circular-grained bridges, and an openworked, rhodium-plated oscillating weight mounted on ball bearings and engraved with the Perrelet logo.
A New Game on the Wrist
Issued in a limited series of 100 pieces, the Turbine Casino Roulette is aimed at collectors seeking a timepiece that combines technical mastery with a playful spirit.
With this creation, Perrelet once again demonstrates its ability to reinvent its icons, transforming timekeeping into an immersive experience. Time, which is impossible to halt by nature, is expressed here through the symbolism of the roulette wheel: every twist of the wrist brings the dial to life and sets the turbine in motion, just like a real gaming wheel. Thus, the owner becomes an active participant in a gesture that evokes play and chance, creating a compelling link between the inevitable flow of time and the unpredictable thrill of fortune.
