Geronimo-Culinary Passion & History in Santa Fe

A culinary and historic evolution spanning nearly 30 years, Geronimo combines New American cuisine with eclectic international twists. Arguably the city’s most recognizable restaurant, Geronimo’s beautiful space is full of culinary passion and history. Geronimo has received the AAA Four Diamond and Mobil Forbes 4 Star Awards. With U.S. wide awards including TripAdvisor’s “Top 10 Restaurants in the U.S.”, Geronimo has established its name through the hard work of owner and partner Chris Harvey, the constant evolution of the restaurant, and the incredible creativity of Executive Chef Sllin Cruz.

Fusing the distinct culinary influences of Asia, Europe, the Southwest, and the Mediterranean, Executive Chef Sllin Cruz creates the “Global Eclectic” menu that changes seasonally. With vibrant colors and flavors, every dish is art composed of delicate details and robust flavors. The culinary creativity at Geronimo constantly elevates the menu, making its mark in Santa Fe’s fine dining scene and beyond.

Chris Harvey has been with Geronimo from the beginning. Starting as a waiter nearly 29 years ago, he has seen Geronimo evolve into the world-class restaurant it is today.

The menu at Geronimo is as unique as the story behind its space. Geronimo is historically acknowledged as Santa Fe’s Borrego House, originally built in 1756 by farmer Gerónimo López. With a warm and welcoming interior, Geronimo has wood-burning, cove-style fireplaces, wood-beamed ceilings, and beautiful original architecture. Geronimo’s Santa Fe style spans beyond its adobe walls and into their new patio space. A historical landmark for Santa Fe, and the heart of culinary fusions, Geronimo raises the bar for a Santa Fe fine dining experience.
