HEIDI KLUM'S BLACK MAGIC-RITA WITH PATRÓN EL ALTO


2 oz PATRÓN EL ALTO

1 oz blackberry syrup

1 oz fresh lime juice

2 drops of Scrappy’s Fire Water Tincture

Black lava salt

Method: In a shaker combine PATRÓN EL ALTO, blackberry syrup, lime juice, and ice and shake. Strain and pour over ice in a rocks glass with a black salt rim. Top with two drops of fire water tincture and a sugar spider web garnish.


Blackberry Syrup: In a small saucepan, mix one cup of sugar, one cup of water with five large blackberries. Simmer and let the sugar melt. Once the blackberries are soft, muddle them with the back of a spoon. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and let cool.


Sugar Spider Web Garnish: Combine 1 ¼ cups of sugar, ¼ cup of light corn syrup, and ¼ cup of water with muddled blackberries in a small saucepan. Start on low heat and periodically whisk to increase temperature. Using a candy thermometer, bring the mixture to 300 degrees. Place the saucepan in an ice bath and bring it down to 275 degrees. Using a fork, spin your cobweb design by drizzling the mixture over parchment in your desired shape.

WINTER’S BANE

2 oz Plymouth Gin⁠

.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao⁠

1 egg white⁠

.25 oz fresh lemon juice⁠

Splash of Lemon La Croix ⁠

1/2 capsule of activated charcoal

Dehydrated blood orange slice

Method: Stir together gin, lemon, syrup, and empty the contents of a charcoal capsule. Strain onto fresh ice. ⁠Dry shake egg white and Curaçao - layer over the cocktail. ⁠Add a bit of Lemon La Croix Bubbles to raise the drink. ⁠Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice. ⁠



MEXICAN NEGRONI

1oz Volcan De Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco

1oz Campari

1oz sweet vermouth


Method: Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice into the mixing glass. Stir until chilled. Fill rocks glass with ice. Strain the liquid into the glass. Strain the liquid into the glass using a julep strainer. Garnish with an orange or pink grapefruit wedge.



HARVEST MOON MARTINI


2 parts Gray Whale Gin

0.5 part Oloroso sherry

0.5 part Blanc vermouth


Method: Stir all ingredients well over ice and strain into coupe. Garnish with olive and lemon twist.



NOCHE NEGRA


1 part Cantera Negra Silver Tequila

1 part Espresso (or cold brew concentrate)

.75 part Cantera Negra Café Coffee Liqueur

.25 part Simple syrup


Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.



EERIE EYEBALL ELIXIR (makes 6 cocktails or a 6 serving punch)


1 bottle (16oz) Fresh Victor Cactus Pear & pomegranate

1 can lychees (reserve 4oz of lychee syrup)

12oz of soda water

Garnish:Lychees

Fresh blueberries


Method: Combine Fresh Victor Cactus Pear & Pomegranate mixer, lychee syrup, & soda water in a pitcher or punchbowl, stir gently. Insert 1 blueberry into opening of each lychee to create eyeballs. Store punch and lychee eyeballs separately in refrigerator until ready to serve. To serve -Stir in lychee eyeballs and add ice.



COW-LI MOCHO CAULDRON


3 oz Cola

3 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream

Garnish: Chocolate Shavings and Cinnamon


Method: Fill a tall glass with cola, add 1-2 ice cubes and vanilla ice cream. Gently pour in Nighthawk Black® Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon. Top with chocolate shavings or freshly grated cinnamon.



CANDY CORN PUNCH


2 oz Proper No. Twelve

Splash of sour mix

Top with blood orange juice


Method: In a Collins glass, pour 2 oz Proper No. Twelve and a splash of sour mix over ice. Top with blood orange juice. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.



WATERMELON JACK-O-LANTERN


2 Parts The Kraken Gold Spiced Rum

6 Parts Fresh Watermelon Juice

1 Part Lime Juice

1 Part Orange Liqueur

Garnishes: Lime


Method: Combine all ingredients inside watermelon. Add ice, stir and pour into glass. Garnish and enjoy.



GRAVEYARD SMASH


1 oz Dulce Vida Reposado Tequila

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

1 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur

1 oz Green Chartreuse

.25 oz Pineapple Juice

Garnishes: Dehydrated Pineapple Slice


Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin set, fill with ice, shake hard for 8 seconds. Double strain using a hawthorne and fine strainer into a coupe glass. Garnish and enjoy.



DRACULA’S BLOOD MARGARITA

6oz tart cherry juice

6oz Blanco tequila

3oz triple sec

Juice of 1 lime

Ice

Luxardo cocktail cherries for garnish

Red food gel icing for garnish

Plastic Dracula teeth for garnish

Method: Take 2 coupe glasses and carefully pipe the red food gel around the rim of the glass. Place in the fridge for the gel to set up. It’s ok if it drips! In a shaker combine the Natalie’s Margarita Mix, cherry juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into the two chilled glasses and add in 2-3 Luxardo cherries and the Dracula teeth.

1.5oz E11EVEN Vodka

1oz Lychee Juice

Dash of Dry Vermouth

Top with London Essence Soda

Lychee/Blueberry Eyeball Garnish


Method: Mix ingredients. Garnish with Lychee/Blueberry



PUMPKIN SPICE OLD FASHIONED

2 oz. Three Chords Bourbon 1/2 oz. Mozart Pumpkin chocolate liqueur, chocolate bitters, dash cinnamon simple syrup and flamed cinnamon stick garnish Method: Mix and serve.
